Tickets
Orders
The following parameters are searched:
Name
Phone number
Email
IDs, user id, ticket number and order number
You may want to use an nfc or barcode scanner to ensure a quick search. In that case, only one result will be returned that matches the unique ID from the scan.
You can search for parts of the above parameters, which will result in more results.
