You can use the bulletin board to share a message to all your users with some general information. It will appear on user's front page.

You have the option to give your post a headline and format (insert photos, links, lists, etc.) the content of the post.
You can further determine the order of the message so the most important thing will always be shown first.
You can also choose when the post should be published and if it should be removed at some point in the future.

You will find all your posts under the menu item Bulletin board. Here you have the opportunity to view current posts, scheduled posts, and drafts.
